How can I create return request?

7-Days Return / Replacement
- If a damaged, incorrect, or different item is delivered to you, your order from The Leopard is eligible for free return/replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Terms of Return policy
- Maintain the quality of the item(s) received; they should be unused, unwashed, clean, and not damaged.
- The first return/replacement of an order is free.
- A second return/replacement of the same order will not be done.
Return pickup
- Return pickup will be done, usually between 3-5 days after your return request is accepted by us.
- For the majority of the pin codes, there is a return pickup option. Customers who live in pin codes where return pickup is not available will have to Self-Ship their item(s) to us.
How to self ship?
- You can self-ship your order , preferably through any of the following courier services:
- Speed Post, DTDC, Professional Couriers, ST couriers

- Courier charge refund: A refund will be provided in the form of a refund voucher. The voucher has a value of ₹100.
Refund Policy
Terms of Refund Policy
- A refund will be issued in the form of a refund voucher equal to the value of the returned item(s).
- Products purchased with a refund voucher are non-returnable.
When will I get my refund?
- In case If you received a damaged or incorrect product, your refund will be issued once the return pickup has been completed.
- For any other reason, your refund will be processed within 12-15 days of your item being picked up and if your return passes quality check.
